I have recently returned to Guatemala after being in the States for a short 2-month furlough. It was a very blessed time and I praise the Lord for the safety which He granted. It was such a blessing to be in 9 of my supporting churches, to be influential in the salvation decision of a young girl, to attend the BBFI National meeting at Hallmark Baptist and to enjoy time with my family and friends! Thanks for your continued prayer for me and my ministry here in Guatemala!

Team Guatemala has been able to purchase 5 adjoining lots to the church in Ciudad Quetzal. Everything was paid for upfront except the price of one lot, $8,000. One of the highlights over the past two years of ministering in Guatemala has been being involved in the church plant in Ciudad Quetzal. Yesterday we celebrated the one year anniversary of the church in a crowded service with over 190 in attendance. Two people received the gift of salvation and one man rededicated his life to the Lord! It is so exciting to watch God at work in the lives and hearts of people as they trust in Him for salvation, follow Him in baptism, grow in Him through the Word and surrender their desires and will to Him. I love being a part of God’s plan!
